The Three-Way Conveyor is an innovative machine in sawmill material handling. It includes the features of custom conveying systems without the hefty price tags. Material can be transferred three ways: to the left, to the right, or straight through. The units are built in sections to handle material from six to twenty feet, with longer lengths possible as an option. Multiple units can be lined up to give even more directional options.

• The legs have 8” of adjustment to integrate into material flow systems or to allow for uneven floors.



A solid table with tilting deck can dump slabs, boards and cants, even tapered slabs, and short pieces. Sensors determine when the board
is ready to be dumped. The rollers are stopped and the piece is then transferred. 


 


Heavy-duty pneumatic cylinders lift 20’ long cants up to 3500 pounds. An additional optional third cylinder increases the lift capacity to 6000 pounds.
