The incline conveyor is designed to work in combination with the board removal system on the WM3500/WM3000 headrigs, but can be adapted to any situation needing a flat belt conveyor. As the cut piece is pushed off the mill, the conveyor receives it and transfers it up and away up at a slight incline. By elevating the board, it can then move onto a Transfer Deck, or a Three-Way Conveyor for further handling.

It is effective, efficient, and eliminates the need for one person. It can handle slabs, boards, flitches and cants with ease. The IC-2 is designed to handle boards. The heavier duty IC-5 can handle both boards and large cants. They can be adapted to custom lengths and working heights.

Features

A Crash bar on the IC-5 is designed to take the initial impact of heavy material.

The IC-5 is equipped with shock-absorbing legs for handling large cants and ties.
